Payment Processing

Once your order has been received it takes approximately 1-2 business days for your payment to process on business days. All orders received on non-business days (Sat-Sun) will be processed the next 2-3 business days. After your payment is processed all goods will ship immediately. This process takes up to 7-12 business days altogether. 

How Long is processing & shipping?
CUSTOM WIGS- ALL Wigs are fully customized, please allow 5-21 business days for processing. Shipping is from 1-3 business days depending on your location. Processing & Shipping are both excluded on weekends & holidays. 
EXTENSIONS/LACES- All Extensions/lace are dropshipped. Our normal Processing Time is 5-7 business days, but orders are in high demand so  Please allow 7-12 business for processing. Shipping is from 1-3 business days depending on your location. Processing & shipping are both excluded on weekends & holidays. 

Do we offer local pickups? 
Yes. However we are only able to hold your order for 3 days, after 3 days there will be a $50 holding fee in place.

Do we offer refunds/exchanges?
NO. ALL SALES are FINAL! Tudy J. Co does NOT accommodate or offer any exchanges, refunds, or cancellations of any kind.

How long will my wig last? 
Tudy J. Co 100% virgin hair wigs last up to 2+ years with all the proper care & maintenance. 100% raw hair wigs lasts up to 5+ years with all the proper care & maintenance. All wigs are constructed on a sewing machine/Industrial sewing machine for guaranteed longevity.

How long will my extensions/laces last? 

Tudy J. Co virgin hair extensions last up to 2+ years will all the proper care & maintenance. Raw hair extensions last up to 5+ years also.
Tudy J. Co laces will last as long as you let it. With the proper care & less tension that is put on the lace it will last up to 1+ years. Avoiding scratching your lace is highly recommended, if itching occurs please scratch with a rattle comb to avoid balding & holes.

Are your wigs glue less?

Yes, all wigs come with a elastic band & combs. 

This is my first wig, What do you recommend?

For first time wig wearers, a closure wig will be needed. Closures are less maintenance, frontals require more maintenance than closure wigs.
